Dedicated to exploring books of all sorts, the group meets on the second Wednesday of the month from 7-9 pm. Past selections have included Racial Healing: A Safe Place to Talk About Race by Sharon E. Davis, W.E.B. Du Bois’ The Souls of Black Folk, and The Warmth of Other Suns by Isabel Wilkerson. Selections are chosen by group consensus, and there are also meetings that are centered around individual choices brought to share with the group.

Club members have been introduced to a wide variety of books of all genres, both fiction and non-fiction. Books are revisited at times, when a book brought to the group is then read by other interested members, who bring their perceptions of the book to later meetings. Both Baha’is and non-Baha’is are welcome. Please join us for lively conversation, new information about books, and exchange of ideas in a comfortable small group atmosphere. Come and enjoy light snacks and lots of laughter too!

Everyone attending is encouraged to bring a book they are currently reading to share with the group.
